CHAD SCOTT WINS BAYOU BIG DAWG

THE FINAL 4 - HEAD TO HEAD

Kyle Tate - Scott Tynan - Chad Scott - Jeff Danos

In the exciting head to head finals on Sunday, August 26th, Chad Scott took home the $2500. cash prize for 1st place besting fellow Bayou skier and 2 time past champion, Jeff Danos. This was not part of the Ski Nautique Series but showcased some of the top MM skiers in the nation and offered $5,500 in prize money.
Comments from some of the skiers at the site concerning the Big Dawg tournaments -

Scott Tynan-Columbus,IN
"At first I enjoyed it because of the competition and then it evolved to the many friendships along the way. I like to call it the Big Dawg Fraternity".

John Henns-FL
"What I like is that the tournament moves quickly, they are held on primo sites, and the food and hospitality is great".

Chad Baker-Dallas, TX
"I ski more rounds and each round means something in the head to head format. The pressure is on each round while in a 3 round tournament only one round counts and if it is a good one, there is no pressure for the next two rounds.

John Horton-Bakersfield, CA
"I like the intimate environ-ment, everyone is close together on the starting dock, the hospitality is unparalleled and there is a camaraderie among skiers that you don't find at local tournaments".
